Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid 2lazy2read subscriptions and purchases made through our billing provider.

1. Free trial before subscribing

2lazy2read offers a free trial with no credit card required. You can sign up, test the app, and use the included free credits before choosing a paid subscription.

2. Subscription cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period. You can continue using 2lazy2read and any available monthly credits until the end of the paid billing period.

3. No refunds after purchase

Paid subscription charges are non-refundable. Because the app includes a free trial that can be used before subscribing, we do not offer refunds after payment.

4. Billing errors

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a charge after cancellation, contact support so we can review the billing record with our payment provider.

5. Unused credits

Unused credits do not convert to cash, refunds, or account credit after cancellation or subscription expiry.

6. Payment provider review

Our billing provider may review payment disputes, duplicate charges, chargebacks, or legally required refunds according to its own rules. This does not change the no-refund policy for 2lazy2read subscriptions.

7. Billing support

Email support@2lazy2read.com from the email address connected to your account. Include your account email, the charge date, and a short description of the billing issue.
